The rug is shipped folded in a box for your convenience, and may have some creases upon arrival. However, these creases will quickly dissipate and will not affect the overall look and feel of the rug. Please note that size and color representation are subject to manufacturing variance and may not be exact, and that monitor settings may vary from computer to computer, potentially distorting the actual colors. Photos are as accurate as possible, but colors may vary slightly in person due to flash photography and differences in monitor settings.

Each rug/carpet is manufactured with the same colors as pictured; however, they can be manufactured from slightly different "dye lots." This means that when the yarn is dyed, it can vary in shade ever so slightly. The rug features un-bound edges for a more natural look and a marine backing to withstand the elements.

To help eliminate any initial creasing, we advise cross rolling; roll against the creases to help flatten them out. This process should be completed within a few weeks, and the creases will then fall out on their own.
