The rug will be shipped folded in a box, and any fold marks will disappear after a few days. Please note that the size and color representation may vary slightly from the actual product due to manufacturing differences and monitor settings. It's important to note that each rug is manufactured from slightly different "dye lots," meaning the yarn can vary in shade ever so slightly. However, the rug will be made with the same colors as pictured.

This rug is not machine washable, but it's easy to care for. Simply shake it out in the sunshine to remove dirt and deodorize it. Avoid pulling any loose fibers, and instead, clip and remove any loose ends with scissors. Blot any spills and use a soft bristle brush for any stains. Vacuum the rug without a beater bar, and do not machine wash it.

When the rug arrives, it may have some creasing due to being shipped folded in a sturdy box. This initial creasing is normal, and the creases will fall out within a few weeks. To help eliminate any bumps, we recommend cross-rolling the rug, rolling it against the creases.
